The transaction was handled by Fondaris’ Liège-based team: Frédéric Driessens (Hualto) and Thomas Boccar (Revisavis), with Muriel Gluza (Imp’Act by Hualto) providing legal support. This genuine local presence is one of Fondaris’ key strengths in transactions of this kind.
