GTM Industrie

Founded in 2014 and based in Manage, GTM Industrie specialises in the assembly of metal structures, welding and the maintenance of industrial installations. 

Under the leadership of Thierry Brichard and Emmanuel Leman, the company has experienced steady growth, driven by its teams’ expertise and the quality of their work. Over the years, it has earned the trust of major industrial players, particularly in the metalworking, cement and waste treatment sectors. 

Today, GTM is entering a new chapter in its history by joining Almermetaal NV, a Belgian company specialising in metal fabrication and construction, which is actively expanding its presence in Wallonia. 

This combination is built on the complementary strengths of the two companies. Almermetaal specialises in the fabrication of metal structures, while GTM brings expertise in on-site assembly and industrial maintenance. Together, they can offer clients a more integrated range of services, from fabrication to installation. 

Synergies between the two companies had already materialised before the transaction was even completed, through several mutual business referrals. This strong fit, both operationally and on a personal level, quickly convinced Thierry and Emmanuel that Almermetaal was the ideal partner to secure GTM’s long-term future and support its continued development. 

Thierry and Emmanuel will remain actively involved in the company alongside Almermetaal, ensuring business continuity and supporting this new phase of development.
