Echosoft Acquires Mis Data

Founded in 1992 by Fabrice Janssens, Mis Data specializes in the integration and distribution of accounting software such as Bob 50 and WinBooks, primarily for small and medium-sized businesses and accounting firms.

After more than 30 years at the helm of the company, Fabrice decided to pass the torch to a buyer capable of continuing and growing the business with the same commitment to quality.

This transition was finalized with the integration of Mis Data into Echosoft.

Based in Namur, Echosoft has been supporting businesses for over 30 years in the integration, configuration, and optimization of management and accounting software. This acquisition takes place against the backdrop of a dynamic industry, marked by the transition to electronic invoicing (Peppol) and the emergence of new digital solutions.

Fabrice Janssens will continue his work at Echosoft to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted service for its clients.

This is the second transaction completed by Fondaris this year in this sector.
