Avadis
Avadis is a company specializing in the design and installation of videoconferencing solutions, technical setups for auditoriums, and the installation of interactive displays for businesses and training centers.
Based in the Tournai Ouest business park, with several branches in Wallonia, this young company—founded in 2011—has rapidly grown to become a leader in its field, notably by organizing the Audiovisual Technical Days (JTAV).
Aware of the challenges posed by rapid technological change, Avadis’ shareholders sought to partner with a complementary firm that had a larger sales force, while maintaining the agility of their existing structure.
Fondaris supported them in this process, which resulted in the sale, at the end of 2022, of all shares to Digitec Solution, based in Braine-l’Alleud, a company active in digital services for businesses.
The former shareholders will support the new owner over the long term to ensure a smooth transition and maximize synergies.
