Béton Decaigny
Fondaris advised the shareholders of Béton Decaigny on the sale of the company to Bosschaert, a general construction firm that also supplies ready-mix concrete. The transaction was completed in early 2023.
Located in Brugelette (Hainaut), the company has equipped itself with modern production facilities and a fleet of vehicles that meet the highest standards, enabling it to supply high-quality concrete for construction projects of various scales. Since its founding in 1988, Béton Decaigny has counted among its clients the region’s leading construction companies as well as the Pairi Daiza wildlife park.
The Bosschaert Group intends to sustain and expand operations at the Brugelette site, working closely with the seller, Mr. Philippe Decaigny, who will support the acquisition.
