Digitec Group, based in Braine-l’Alleud, specializes in digital infrastructure, office printing, and audiovisual solutions, as well as eco-friendly office solutions.
The acquisition took the form of a sale of the business.
This transaction will allow the seller to retire with peace of mind, knowing that customers are in good hands!
