Fondaris was delighted to assist the shareholders of the real estate investment company Chantelauze in the sale of their shares to the family-owned holding company Arboresens.

The Domaine de Chantelauze (1.5 ha) is located in the heart of the village of Velaines—in the Tournais region—and consists of 26 modern rental units set in a rural, green area on the edge of the Collines Natural Park and close to numerous services and amenities. The buildings, which served as a public school until 2002, underwent renovation in 2006 and now form a beautiful real estate portfolio with outdoor spaces that offer a pleasant living environment.

For the sellers, Mr. and Mrs. Leclercq, this transaction is part of their plan to restructure their assets. The buyer is part of the family-owned holding company Arboresens, represented by Mr. Quentin Saelens, a young serial entrepreneur active in the construction, hospitality, and real estate sectors. He intends to continue managing the property in the same spirit as has prevailed thus far.
