Sale of Habitat+ to Jany Gofflot

Fondaris was pleased to assist Jean-Philippe Piron and his wife Laetitia, founders of the Habitat+ group—which specializes in residential real estate development and marketing—in the sale of their company to the family-owned firm Jany Gofflot, which has been active in the solar power sector for many years and is also based in Neufchâteau.

After more than twenty years at the helm of Habitat+, Jean-Philippe Piron sought to embark on a new professional chapter while ensuring the continuity and local roots of the company he founded.

The choice fell on a family-owned, local buyer from the Ardennes region that shares the same values and vision for the sustainable development of the region.

This transition paves the way for:

• strategic diversification for Jany Gofflot,
• natural synergies between two neighboring and complementary companies,
• the continuation of Habitat+’s ongoing projects, including several major projects in the Province of Luxembourg,
• and the full retention of the teams and the Habitat+ identity.
