Société Athoise de Travaux is a Belgian family-owned company specializing in the construction and maintenance of roads, the construction of small engineering structures, earthwork, foundation work, drainage, and more. Drawing on its expertise, SAT has established itself as a leading player in the region, operating in both public works projects and the private sector through its subsidiary JUFA.

Ets. Pierre Petit, founded in 1947, is active in the fields of earthwork, drainage, and road construction. Acquired in 1996 by Mr. William Cleppe, the company has successfully expanded and diversified, notably through the acquisition of Herphelin, which specializes in road construction and traffic signage. The group generates annual revenue of approximately 10 million euros.
