Founded in 1984 in Tournai by Patrick Defeyt, SODECA quickly established itself as a leading company in the field of painting and wall decoration, thanks to the quality of its services and its recognized expertise.
As he approaches retirement age, Patrick Defeyt entrusted Fondaris with the task of finding a new buyer to ensure the company’s long-term future.
The buyer, Xavier De Deurwaerder, has extensive experience in the construction sector, particularly in interior design, having held several senior management positions.
Motivated by a new entrepreneurial challenge, Xavier aims not only to maintain the excellent reputation SODECA has enjoyed since its inception but also to expand the company into new markets.
